In my current role as a Senior Analyst Programmer, my responsibilities include:

  • Determine requirements of applications and design and develop software to meet business needs.
  • Preparation of functional and technical specifications and program design documents.
  • To be responsible for overall development, implementation and support for projects.
  • To provide technical guidance, consultation and support for projects and web applications, and other technical staff or project team members.
  • Leading Project Development Teams including planning, controlling and reporting on progress

Previous roles at the same company have included: Webmaster (2001-2005); Web Developer (2005-2006) and Analyst Programmer (2006-2007)

2000-2001: Net Services Australia.

My primary duties at NSA were content based. I was responsible for web design, coding, and graphics, including Macromedia Flash animation. I was also significantly involved in customer sales and support, and training.

1993-2001: Woolworths.

I had a range of responsibilities at Woolworths. These ranged from assisting in the grocery department, customer service at checkout, and assisting with office duties such as trading statements and banking reconciliation for the store. I gained experience in goods presentation, stock control, customer support with damaged and returned goods, clerical administration and staff training.
