  • Potatoes
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180 celcius
  2. Peal and chop potatoes and sweet potatoes into 2cm cubes
  3. Place in a mixing bowl with olive oil and a sprinkling of salt. Toss until vegetables are well coated
  4. Line a shallow tray with baking paper and spead cubes out so that there is some space between them
  5. Bake until well browned (approx 40min)
  6. Remove vegetables from oven and toss with mixed herbs and parmesan
